Bob is not only a highly skilled and knowledgeable mechanic, he is also an amazing person who even once loaned me his own car when my car needed service and a loaner wasn't available. I had a flat tire while I was driving on the highway, so I was in an emergency. I went to the Long Hill Auto service. They seemed quite busy. I explained my situation that I needed to bring my son somewhere by 6pm. They took my car and fixed the tire in less than an hour. The staff explained all the details to me. I had no one to take me home so I waited there. While I was waiting for the tire to be repaired, all the staff were so friendly and the owner served me a delicious hot coffee. :) I could say that they have the best and speedy service.
