I can’t say enough good things about Long Hill Automotive. I brought my Ram in with some major shifting and electrical issues that had been giving me a lot of trouble. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem, figured out exactly what was going on, and got everything taken care of. What really impressed me was the level of service. After the work was completed, they actually called me to follow up and make sure everything was running properly and that I was happy with the repair. You just don’t see that kind of customer service very often anymore. Knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and they genuinely seem to care about their customers. My truck is running great, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Long Hill Automotive to anyone looking for a shop they can actually trust. Five stars all the way!!

He treats you like a person instead of just another customer, keeps you informed throughout the process, and makes sure everything is done right—not just done quickly. Excellent service. We came in with a puncture 10 minutes before they closed, while we were in the middle of a long road trip, and they got us patched up and back on the road very quickly.
