I can’t say enough good things about Long Hill Automotive. I brought my Ram in with some major shifting and electrical issues that had been giving me a lot of trouble. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem, figured out exactly what was going on, and got everything taken care of. What really impressed me was the level of service. After the work was completed, they actually called me to follow up and make sure everything was running properly and that I was happy with the repair. You just don’t see that kind of customer service very often anymore. Knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and they genuinely seem to care about their customers. My truck is running great, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Long Hill Automotive to anyone looking for a shop they can actually trust. Five stars all the way!!

I can’t recommend this auto body shop enough! We’ve brought all of our cars here over the years, and every single time the experience has been outstanding. The work is always top-notch, the attention to detail is incredible, and you can genuinely tell that this guy takes pride in what he does. What really sets him apart is the honesty, professionalism, and customer service. He treats you like a person instead of just another customer, keeps you informed throughout the process, and makes sure everything is done right—not just done quickly. Shawn from Long Hill Auto might be an actual angel. We broke down on the way to Philadelphia from CT, had to get a tow to the nearest shop. Chance brought us here, I called ahead, as we would arrive right at closing and Shawn stayed after hours for about two hours to help us get back on the road. We missed most of the concert we were going to, but thanks to Shawn we were able to get back on the road and will be home as expected tomorrow despite this unexpected turn of events.

The owner is honest as the day is long. I brought my car in recently because of a dashboard light that said "AWD System Malfunction, 2WD Mode Engaged, Visit your Dealer." Scared the crap out of me. While I had used Long Hill in the past and was satisfied with their work, I wan't completely comfortable having them, as opposed to my "Dealer," address this issue. Long story short, the owner diagnosed it, told me it was merely a problem with the sensor on the dashboard (or something like that...I'm not too savy when it comes to auto repairs), fixed it, and charged me nothing. I'm now a customer for life!

I was driving to see my dad for Father’s Day yesterday. Got on 78 and my car started jerking and loosing steam. It was 4:15pm about 45 mins before the shop closed, they took a look at my car and were able to fix it by 6pm so I was able to drive my car back home that day- it was amazing! So thankful they were able to help me out or else I would have to miss work Monday as no shops are open Sunday’s. Thanks again!!

We have been using Long Hill Auto Service for over 20 years and Bob the owner and his staff are the best in the business. Not only are his mechanics superior if you need a loaner care Bob will have one for you. Any time I've called I don't think the phone rang more then twice before someone picked up the phone ready to help. I usually will keep a car for a good 10 years and that's because the mechanics there do the job right the first time and I have peace of mind knowing my cars are in good hands

Bob and his team are fantastic. I broke a bolt doing my own brake job, went down to Long Hill Auto at 5:30 on a Friday and they went above and beyond to help me out. Removed the broken bolt and found a replacement bolt to allow me to finish the job. They didn't need to do any of this, but they chose to be a huge help. I will definitely return to this place, very quality people. Thanks again!

We were in town visiting family for a wedding celebration. I noticed vibration in the front end of our Honda Pilot, and at the advice of my brother (local resident), I asked if Bob could check it out Friday afternoon. Having a full schedule on Saturday, Bob slipped us into the schedule, made the repair, and got us on our way back to Florida. Great service/great communication/honest and friendly staff/fair pricing- strongly recommended!

Heard great things about Long Hill Auto and tried them out today to have my AC recharged. I went in knowing I needed brakes and front tires. I met Bob (owner) and he said “We’ll start on your car right away but we want to keep it a bit longer to look at the car front to back since it’s your first time here.” He called a few hours later to say “We’re all done but you’ll need front tires & brakes soon…everything looks OK”… Their price was half that of the dealer and their service was incredible. A few weeks back my wife was driving from PA to NYC by herself and started to have some car trouble. She called me from route 78 and I advised her to get off at the next exit and head to the closest repair shop. Thankfully it was Longhill Auto. At the end of their business day they got right on checking the car out, and were gracious with my wife who was having a very stressful experience. They were in touch with me every step of the way. Ultimately performed the necessary repairs and thoroughly test drove the car to give us peace of mind it was in good shape before making the hour plus drive out to pick it up. Would definitely recommend them and even going out of your way to work with them as it isn’t always easy to find a good shop with great people.

Their facility is well organized and cared for, which shows how important it is for them to pay attention to details. Bob runs a great shop that can handle all of your automobile needs. In short, Long Hill Auto in Millington is the tops! Due to some forgetfulness about bringing an electric car adapter, Long Hill readily agreed to allow several hours of charging at their facility. Moreover, while dropping off the electric car, a gas version had tires severely low on air. Despite their full work load for the day, they took the time to check the car's computer generated TPMS and reset the "low pressure" code. The final piece de resistance was the addition of a small but useful bottle opener on the key chain with their name and phone number. And everyone could not have been more helpful or pleasant!! Give them your business; you will be glad you did! I am!

I am so grateful to Bob and Dylan at Long Hill Auto Service. As they were closing up for the Saturday, we pulled in because the undercarriage of our car popped earlier on the highway. They fixed it in a jiffy, gratis, and sent us on our merry way. I had a flat tire while I was driving on the highway, so I was in an emergency. I went to the Long Hill Auto service. They seemed quite busy. I explained my situation that I needed to bring my son somewhere by 6pm. They took my car and fixed the tire in less than an hour. The staff explained all the details to me. I had no one to take me home so I waited there. While I was waiting for the tire to be repaired, all the staff were so friendly and the owner served me a delicious hot coffee. :) I could say that they have the best and speedy service.

There is no forcing of repairs, just cautionary suggestions based on assessment of your vehicle.
