I can’t say enough good things about Long Hill Automotive. I brought my Ram in with some major shifting and electrical issues that had been giving me a lot of trouble. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem, figured out exactly what was going on, and got everything taken care of. What really impressed me was the level of service. After the work was completed, they actually called me to follow up and make sure everything was running properly and that I was happy with the repair. You just don’t see that kind of customer service very often anymore. Knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and they genuinely seem to care about their customers. I can’t recommend this auto body shop enough! We’ve brought all of our cars here over the years, and every single time the experience has been outstanding. The work is always top-notch, the attention to detail is incredible, and you can genuinely tell that this guy takes pride in what he does. What really sets him apart is the honesty, professionalism, and customer service. He treats you like a person instead of just another customer, keeps you informed throughout the process, and makes sure everything is done right—not just done quickly.
